Service Details

Do you remove the lights after the holidays?
Yes. Once the season is over, we return to carefully remove all lights, timers, and clips. Everything is packed neatly so you can store it until next year. This way you don’t have to worry about climbing ladders or untangling wires in the cold.
Do I need to be home during installation?
No, not for outdoor projects. As long as we have access to your yard and outlets, we can install your lights. We do recommend being available for the consultation and final walkthrough to make sure everything looks how you want.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If there’s heavy rain, strong winds, or icy conditions, we may reschedule for safety. Light rain usually doesn’t stop us. If rescheduling is needed, we’ll work with you to find the soonest available time.
