Forsyth County spent the better part of two decades on national fastest-growing lists, and Cumming is where that growth is easiest to see. Subdivisions keep opening on both sides of GA-400, downtown gained a 75-acre walkable core at Cumming City Center, and the school traffic fills in the rest.
